Staff are very attentive, friendly & engaging. I have lunch with my aunt 2 times a week and the meals are tasty! A big shout out to Tess the activities coordinator, always something going on to keep the residents happy! Constant stream of therapists helping folks progress physically, getting them where they need to be. It’s a busy place, we like it!

My mother just completed two months of rehab after her fall. She is now moving around better than before her fall. Thanks to the rehab team! But there are some outstanding support folks that I would like to call out, Hector is the first person you see when you come in his smile and willingness to help you and awesome attitude and demeanor is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so very much. Taylor one of my mom’s aids is the best she made a connection with my mom that my mom wanted to take her home. Thier are many more caring folks that helped make her stay the best under the circumstances. Thank you all so much!

Peace of mind. My dad who needed rehabilitation after a hospitalization was admitted to Ashland Post Acute. When I leave after a visit, I know he will be well cared for. The staff are kind and friendly, and the facility is clean and inviting. He enjoys their puzzles, activities, garden area and food. I highly recommend them.

A very supportive place to be and they’ve met all my needs. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs healing.

This place is an absolute joke. My mom was half way in the bed and half way falling out pushing her button and nobody came . My moms roommate who was in a wheel chair was pushing her button. Nobody came. The roommate got herself out of bed and went down the halls looking for help. The bathroom was disgusting. Pee on the floor with a white towel covering it up. I was there for 4 hours and the bathroom was in the same unsanitary manner when I left. Over 1/2 of my moms clothes disappeared. And nobody knows anything. The staff is a hit and miss. There is a SMALL handful of caregivers and/or employees that have some compasion.

When visiting my friend I was horrified how understaffed and overfilled the facility is nothing like your photos posted . 3 beds almost all the rooms ,3 tvs each room it was dirty and 3 patients in a room u can’t even walk through without bumping the other patients

Thank you for the great shopping outing yesterday…it was a beautiful day to get out with residents and staff. What a nice experience 😁

My husband was there for rehab. he started having problems with nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and low blood sugar after a few days he felt so sick he had to insist on going to hospital himself, he was admitted to the cardiac icu, his heart was hardly pumping, his blood sugar was very low and he was severely dehydrated! He has now been in icu for 5 days if he hadn’t insisted on going to hospital he might not be here today he’s still not out of the woods.

When you need assistance, you ring your call light and they will not respond for at least an hour. The nurses are hateful and just filled w hate. Worst imprisoned experience of my life!! If you can, find a way to keep your loved ones out of here!

Comfortable place! The staff here is amazing!!!

My Dad is getting Rehab due to a total knee replacement. He has received great Nursing care with Christina & Jeff. PT care with Chip & Jill has been very helpful in getting him moving and convincing him to do so!

The staff for my father works very hard to care for him and reach his rehab needs.

A very well run facility!

We did not know anything about Ashland Post Acute when we select it for my wife’s rehabilitation following a case of pneumonia. We now know it enough to give 5 stars: The staff members are very competant and go above and beyond in patient care. The residents actually feel they are part of a “Family”. This place is terrible. Do not send your loved ones and pray they don’t send you.

I have been a resident of Ashland Post acute for 6 weeks. I’m very thankful for how well I have been taken care of. The staff cooks for us, serves the food, they bathe us when we need it, they clothe us then wash our dirty clothes, they give us our medication, they entertain us. I could mention many other things. If you need them I recommend them highly.

I know the staff here truly cares for their patients health and well being providing the best care and setting them up to succeed.

Staff did a great job at the lake outing today! They were expedient and lunch was awesome! Looking forward to more of the same!
